Job Description:
Prio Auto Sales is seeking a full-time Local Car Hauler Driver to join our professional transportation team based in Ottawa, Ontario. This role involves daily driving within Ottawa and surrounding regions, with drivers returning home each evening. If you are reliable, experienced, and take pride in safe and timely deliveries, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate company-provided truck and car hauler trailer to deliver vehicles within Ottawa and nearby areas.
- Load and secure vehicles for transport, ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate updates as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and adhere to company safety standards.
- Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with customers and business partners.
Requirements:
- Valid Class AZ or DZ driver’s license (AZ preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving a car hauler or similar transport vehicle.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Excellent time management and route planning skills.
- Familiarity with Ottawa roadways and nearby regions considered an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to vehicle loading/unloading.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,800.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Commercial driving: 2 years (preferred)
