Duties
- Raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society with professionalism and integrity
- Door-to-door visits in the designated neighbourhoods to engage potential donors.
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet financial goals.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote fundraising events and initiatives.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss the goals and achievements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing donor inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Skills
- Must have strong marketing and on-the-road outreach experience
- Excellent customer service and donor engagement
- Skilled in researching funding opportunities and donor trends
- Background in social services and community engagement is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
