What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of canvassers and street fundraisers
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and shadowing to develop high-performing fundraisers
- Create and implement fundraising strategies that increase donor sign-ups and team productivity
- Monitor daily team performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Help recruit and onboard new team members
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and motivation workshops
- Ensure messaging stays aligned with client and campaign goals
- Report metrics and updates to upper management

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, face-to-face sales, or team leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Confidence speaking to individuals and groups in a public setting
- High energy, adaptability, and accountability
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
