Duties
- Decorate cakes according to customer requests and design standards
- Prepare cake batters and icings
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decorating area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with cake selection and customization
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake design
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients
