Responsibilities:
- Decorate custom cake, wedding cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Prepare pastries ,dessert ,batters and icings
- Bake cakes and ensure they are properly cooked
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Package finished cakes for display or delivery
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decoration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
