CABINETMAKER LEVEL 2

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Cabinetmaker to join team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in specialty cabinet builds who enjoys tackling custom projects—from unique vanities to intricate wine storage units and everything in between.
A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.
As a Level 2 Cabinetmaker, you will take ownership of complex custom cabinetry projects and be responsible for the following:
Custom Cabinetry & Specialty Builds:
- Construct a wide range of specialty cabinets including frame, angled, box-out, clip-back, LUAR, hideaway door, Pro-Pocket, and various wine storage units (grid, bin, and tree).
- Build custom vanities and hood designs—square, angled, curved, and removable styles.
- Assemble specialty components such as roll-out tabletops and unique sliding door systems.
General Cabinetmaking Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery (saws, drills, routers, sanders).
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments or repairs as needed to ensure a flawless finish.
- Maintain a high level of precision and craftsmanship throughout each build.
- Meet production deadlines while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and finished products, reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Uphold company Core Values and Management Philosophy in all aspects of the role.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of cabinetmaking experience or equivalent, with demonstrated Level 2 capabilities.
- Proven ability to execute complex and custom builds with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment, exposure to varying temperatures, and strong smells
