Job Description:
We’re seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Server who thrives in a busy restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining top-tier service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and with a welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations
- Handle payments and close checks accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude under pressure and in busy environments
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus
