Job Summary
We’re a growing Canadian marketing agency looking for a smart, proactive business development and sales professional to help us connect with new potential clients. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who understands the eCommerce or digital agency space and enjoys outreach, research, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential new business opportunities
- Build a list of qualified leads and maintain it over time
- Send thoughtful outreach messages and follow-ups (email and/or LinkedIn)
- Book discovery calls and track results
- Collaborate with the agency founder on refining messaging and targeting
Qualifications
- Someone resourceful, confident, and self-directed
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Shopify or the eCommerce space (a plus)
- Experience with outreach, lead gen, or sales (formal or informal)
- Comfortable with light admin/reporting
- French is a strong plus but not necessary
Details:
- Approx. 8–12 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
- Flexible schedule
- Bonus opportunities based on performance and results (e.g. booked calls or closed clients)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
