Job Summary
We are seeking a business-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist to identify business opportunities to increase our sales revenue. The successful candidate needs to build client relationships, develop sales strategies and coordinate with stakeholders to reach the sales goal.
Mandarin language is a strong asset to have.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies and support business growth
- Maintain and improve website in Shopify
- Promote activities in Social Media
- Attend in-person sales promotion activities
- Handle customers’ inquiries and storefront operations
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace
- Technically skillful in website development and social media (Instagram, Facebook, Rednote, Wechat)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in business development role preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
