What a Typical Day Could Look Like:
- Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
- Guide customers in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs
- Educate guests on strains, formats, and consumption methods
- Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking
- Stay informed on product updates and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis sales regulations
Experience Required:
- Must be 19+ and hold a valid “Selling It Right” certificate
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Inventory management skills
- Cannabis knowledge is a strong asset
