Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock hot line stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients and house-made sauces from scratch
- Execute dishes on the fryers, flat top, and stove top with consistency and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience working a hot line in a busy kitchen (brunch experience a plus)
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask under pressure and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
