RedArx Cyber Group is a growing cybersecurity firm committed to protecting businesses from cyber threats and helping them operate securely in a digital world. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations smooth and accurate as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using [QuickBooks Online.]
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and send client invoices
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking
- Generate monthly financial reports for leadership
- Work closely with our team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in MSP or tech industry (an asset, not required)
