*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. *Responsibilities* - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage to maintain financial records - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner - Conduct account analysis to ensure financial compliance - Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation *Experience* - Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role - Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage - Knowledge of clerical bookkeeping procedures - Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes - Familiarity with payroll processing - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
