Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities
- Complete bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, payroll processing, and budgeting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.99-$26.68 per hour
