Business Services Unlimited, Limited is an office support company, servicing the Simcoe County Area for over 46 years. Our company is currently seeking a full-time experienced bookkeeper to assist in managing the day to day activities of our many clients.
As the candidate will be dealing with multiple clients, the following experience is essential:
- Must be proficient and have minimum 3 years experience with QuickBooks. Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is a definite asset.
- Posting supplier invoices, be very familiar with expense account allocation. Prepare and issue cheques for payments as required by clients. Prepare and maintain monthly A/P Reports.
- Allocate customer invoices to appropriate revenue accounts. Prepare and maintain monthly A/R repots.
- Prepare and remit all Government remittances.
- Payroll processing (both issuing cheques and direct deposit). Manage government remittances including WSIB and source deductions.
- Experience with COVID-19 government program filings an asset.
- Monthly Bank & Credit Card reconciliations.
The ideal applicant for this position must maintain a high level of confidentiality in the workplace. They should possess good verbal and written communication skills and be adaptable to changes in priorities.
Reliability is a must along with the ability to develop and maintain excellent client/firm relationships.
