Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling accurate financial and bank records each month with QuickBooks accounting software. This position can be done in office or remotely once per month. Accuracy and expert knowledge in QuickBooks accounting software is required. There is a possibility this position can progress to other duties in the future however for now....
Duties
- Perform account reconciliation once per month to ensure accuracy of financial data in QuickBooks and bank statements.
- It is important to resolve decrepanies and issues when reconciling with both QuickBooks and bank statements in order for them to reconcile properly and accurately.
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Expert knowledge in QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
