Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Modular Electric. This role is essential in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office processes, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions efficiently.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for financial reporting.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
- Assist in hiring and man-power requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
