Role Overview:
The Regional Performance Manager (RPM) is responsible for driving operational excellence across Simplicity Car Care’s franchise network. This role ensures franchisees meet performance goals, maintain brand standards, and optimize business processes through Performance-Based Agreements (PBAs) with insurance partners. The RPM oversees Field Conversion Specialists (FCS), manages claims, facilitates training, and implements cost reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and support franchisee performance to meet operational and insurance partnership goals.
· Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Field Conversion Specialists (FCS).
· Conduct regular audits and implement improvement plans for collision centers.
· Manage training, claims processes, and cost-reduction strategies.
· Ensure compliance with Simplicity Car Care’s brand and insurer standards.
· Oversee supply chain partnerships and vendor management.
· Resolve insurance, client, and franchisee concerns.
· Track financial and operational performance across corporate stores.
· Lead performance reviews, strategy meetings, and network-wide improvement initiatives.
What You Offer:
· Experience & Expertise: 5 to 7 years of experience in business or operations management, preferably in the auto collision industry.
· Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
· Process Improvement: Strong background in managing sales improvements, systemization, and process implementation.
· Industry Knowledge: Experience at both field and corporate levels in the auto collision industry is an asset.
· Project & Logistics Management: Project management and logistics/inventory management experience are beneficial.
· Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze operational performance data and implement improvement strategies.
· Communication & Relationship Management: Strong ability to manage vendor partnerships, insurance relations, and franchisee support.
· Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to oversee regional operations.
· Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and operational goals.
