Job Summary
You are outdoors orientated and are interested in learning or enjoying the game of golf and its environment. You are bubbly and outgoing and love providing exceptional service while demonstrating outstanding teamwork, F&B knowledge and experience. You will be very sales oriented and will be expected to have full knowledge of the Point of Sale system.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow ALL Serving It Right policies and guidelines including inspecting identification
- Deliver a “yes we can” attitude to all guests while generating a feeling of being in the friendliest atmosphere on the planet.
- You are an order maker, not an order taker. You will be a specialist in the delivery and knowledge of our products.
- Service guests in all factors of restaurant work and help in any way possible.
- Be proficient in your knowledge of and your execution of our service package.
- Make sure bills are entered correctly, credit cards are processed properly, and cash-out is done to specifications.
- Perform daily operational tasks and duties and maintain daily and weekly cleaning duties.
- Participate in events and functions related to operation of the restaurant.
- Participate in creating a team environment and use animation and incentive programs to provide a fun atmosphere for employees and guests.
- Ensure personal hygiene and maintain a clean, crisp and professional appearance.
- Strive to improve yourself by attending all training/information sessions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
