BOCADO RESTAURANT We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Staff for our new location in Collingwood!
BOCADO RESTAURANT is a Spanish inspired restaurant, with a location in Prince Edward County, BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.
The Bar team will play a key role in supporting the restaurants vision for high quality service and ensuring that it is delivered, with a hands-on approach in a professional, safe and efficient manner.

You are driven by training and coaching others to achieve and maintain Bocado's high standards of operation. You thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day! Your 3- 5 years of service experience in a bar service role combined with your practical knowledge of training makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead guests through interesting and diverse cocktails, wine lists and food menu
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities
- Coordinate all bar activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload.
- Previous experience with silverware POS preferred but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
