We’re currently looking for a Site Supervisor to lead our on-site crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site personnel and manage daily operations to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance and quality of work.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety documentation.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are available and in proper working condition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings is preferred.
- Proficient in using construction management software or tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.
