Responsibilities：
- Teach ballet classes to children and/or youth according to their level
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide individualized feedback and corrections
- Prepare students for performances and exams when needed
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements：
- Formal ballet training (RAD, Vaganova, Cecchetti, or equivalent)
- Teaching experience with children preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passionate, patient, and committed to student growth
Schedule & Compensation：
- Flexible schedule based on class demand
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $47.60 per hour
