Bakery prep position available in the Covent Garden Market in the heart of downtown, London, Ontario. We need one hard-working teammate with solid kitchen or quick-serve experience.
Pay: $18 – 23 / hr + tip | Free burek lunch each shift | standard employee benefits
Hours: 25-30hours/week. Must be available every Saturday for one 6-10 hr shift anytime between 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Total ~25 hrs/week to start with extra shifts when teammates call in or as you grow in the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Food preparation and packaging, mixing ingredients
- Handling customers and payments
- Cleaning dishes / counters and closing the store
- Multitasking the above tasks throughout the day
- Problem solving
The ideal candidate is/has:
- Hard-working, punctual, and detail-obsessed
- Comfortable lifting 20 kg and standing 6–8 hrs
- A team player with solid kitchen or quick-serve experience
Nice to haves: Ontario food-handler certification; driver’s licence + vehicle.

We sell one product, and therefore must maintain very high quality, consistent baking. Pay is scaled according to work ethic and ability. We have a great team with good camaraderie.
