Summary:
Looking for a baker to join our team. As par of our team you'll be responsible for making and baking our products. In addition, you will also interact with customers to serve our products.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods.
- Decorate cinnamon rolls with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
- Mix ingredients to create our dough and cinnamon filling
- Package take-out food
- Process cash and other forms of payment.
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
Skills:
- Strong baking skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Excellent food handling and food safety knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Note: Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.35 per hour

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
