As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cinnamon rolls and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all food safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques with experience in the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience working in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in packaging and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
