Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Badminton Coach with 3 years of experience to lead our Badminton program at Royal Badminton Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing training sessions, providing individualized coaching to players, and organizing competitions and events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help players improve their techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
- Organize and oversee Badminton tournaments, leagues, and other events to promote player engagement and development.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive training environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in table tennis coaching and incorporate them into our program.
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience in Badminton, preferably at a club or competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of Badminton techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
- Certified coaching credentials or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
