Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicles to potential buyers.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and existing customers.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently during the sales process.
Requirements
- Bilingual in both Punjabi and Hindi languages
- Must be able to complete and pass Omvic Certification Course before commencement
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations accurately.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00-$102,000.00 per year
