World Choice Auto Parts is an established automotive parts focused store with many years of service, sales and parts history. We have an ongoing loyal clientele in the auto industry.
We are seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Counter Man. Knowledge of automotive car parts is required.
In addition to your automotive parts knowledge, you have superb customer service skills and are able to manage your days effectively with minimal supervision. You are organized, have excellent communication skills, and intermediate computer skills.
We are looking to fill a full-time position starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers (walk-in and over the phone) with orders and inquiries for auto parts
- Process customer orders to be shipped out which includes preparing/pulling orders from the warehouse
- Procure parts and invoice customers
- Look up the correct vehicle parts for customers on computer interface
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist retail walk-in customers
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Experience
- 1-3 yrs experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of a large range of auto parts for a variety of different vehicles
- Experience working in a customer-facing capacity
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and improve upon automotive parts knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
