Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Detailing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in auto detailing, strong polishing skills, and a passion for delivering top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, and polishing.
- Ensure vehicles meet high standards of cleanliness and finishing.
- Communicate professionally with customers and address their needs.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and safety standards.
- Learn and apply new skills through ongoing training provided.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of auto detailing experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle polishing techniques.
- Must speak and understand English well; strong communication skills with customers are essential.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Ability to pass a background check (required).
- References may be requested.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
