Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop legal strategies
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Canada
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in legal drafting and contract negotiation is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
As a Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and provide valuable guidance to clients. This position requires strong research, writing, negotiation, and legal drafting skills. You will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, preparing legal documents, and providing sound legal advice.
