We are looking to hire a talented and energetic associate criminal lawyer, to represent our clients and win their cases.
As an associate criminal lawyer, you will defend all types of criminal charges, from domestic assaults, impaired driving, sex assaults, harassment, theft, fraud, and more.
Your job will be to manage cases from start to end, and to get cases resolved, and take cases to trial.
You will also be expected to draft Charter and Criminal Code applications, and to conduct bail hearings, Charter application hearings, and sentencing hearings.
You will be expected to work on a caseload of files independently, with the training and resources of the firm.
The job is in-person at our office in Richmond Hill. You will need a car, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude to succeed at our firm. Pay is competitive and will be commensurate with your skill and level of experience.
