We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawyer to join our legal team. Duties
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Ontario.
- Proven experience in legal practice.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
