We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our TEAM! We would like someone with 2 years of supervisor experience, and 5 years of food & beverage experience. This position is for our Seagull's Restaurant as well as some shifts in our Banquet Department when needed. This position includes tip-out as well as Banquet Gratuities!
We are looking to hire a guest-oriented candidate to ensure that our F&B operations run smoothly. The responsibilities include overseeing the activities of front of house staff, bartending, handling guest & employee issues, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with employees. This position is the Department Leader when the F&B Manager is not on site.
Staff housing is only 1.5 kilometres drive from the resort, or a 10 – 15 minute walk taking a short-cut through our golf course. We have a small, close-knit community of about 50 employees that live in housing on the Island. We now have Starlink internet for our staff housing!!! If you like nature and the outdoors, this is a fantastic place to live! Our employees also get discounts on food at Seagull's, golf, and some sessions at our Salka Spa!
