ICICI Bank Canada offers a wide range of financial solutions to cater to personal, commercial, corporate, investment, treasury and trade requirements.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Business development activities as per the Bank's strategy in the key ecosystem areas and across all product lines, especially Canadian MNC's
2. Compliance of ad documentation requirements as per the LSOG guidelines
3. Takes responsibility for a portfolio of loans or activities assigned from time to time
4. Contribute to the marketing strategy of the bank, presentations and other communications to reach target market constituents
5. Manage relationships with Canadian offices and subsidiaries of Canadian MNCs in India to generate loan assets, foreign exchange flows, corporate deposits and fee income
6. Focus on building loan books in syndicated or bilateral manner as per bank's communicated maturity profile
7. Manage existing relationships with the corporate and commercial clients (both Canadian as well as India-linked clients) by providing continuous support on the existing portfolio
8. Strengthen existing relationships with the corporate clients by providing new product propositions
9. Protect the stakeholders' interests by making independent assessments of risks by a thorough analysis of the credit strength of the companies
10. Manage organic growth, client retention and improve risk profile and profitability of ICICI Bank Canada's portfolio
11. Monitor the existing portfolio of corporate loans accounts in order to maintain them as performing assets
12. Evaluate and prepare credit proposals, carry-out due-diligence and present to the relevant committees for approval including Credit Risk Officer and Management Credit Committee / Risk Committee
13. Completing loan and security documentations and disbursement including getting necessary approvals for effecting disbursement
14. Cross-selling other products of the Bank to the corporate clients to ensure 360 banking as per the requirements of the Bank
15. Focus on creating liability opportunities with Indian diaspora in Canada
16. Participate in team building and relationship building exercises
17. Monitoring competitor activities, market conditions and report relevant developments to the Bank's Executives and Chief Risk Officer
18. Timely closure of pending compliance items in the portfolio
19. Timely annual review of accounts in the portfolio
20. Other duties as assigned
