Dalina is a vibrant Italian-inspired café and market, built on exceptional service, great food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and inspires a team to deliver the kind of guest experience that makes people’s day.
What You’ll Do
- Be a constant, visible presence on the floor — welcoming guests and ensuring service standards are exceeded.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly, and professional service in a high-volume environment.
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, training, and maintaining operational standards. Admin duties are limited.
- Act as a problem-solver, handling guest feedback with care and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- 2+ years in a leadership role in hospitality, ideally in a café or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with both guests and staff.
- Driver’s license.
