Assistant General Manager – Zets Restaurant
Location: Toronto, Canada
Seeking local talent. Candidate living within a 15-minute commute is ideal.
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 + Performance Bonus
Zets is growing — and we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) who’s ready to step into a leadership role and grow with us.
This isn’t your average restaurant gig. We’re a high-volume, fast-paced operation known for quality food, loyal regulars, and a no-nonsense team culture. We need someone who thrives in the hustle, leads from the front, and knows how to keep the team focused and the customers happy.
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with restaurant management experience (1–3+ years preferred)
- Organized and calm under pressure
- Passionate about food, hospitality, and team building
- Not afraid to jump on the grill, expo line, or register when needed
- Able to hold people accountable and lead by example
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations and help lead a growing team
- Train, coach, and motivate front and back of house staff
- Monitor quality, speed, and service standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational checklists
- Step in for the GM when needed
