Ontario Asphalt Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Asphalt Finish Raker/ Rollerman to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks related to asphalt paving, parking lot cleaning, line painting, crack filling, and other general labour duties. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving, including preparation and clean-up
- Perform parking lot cleaning using hand tools and power equipment
- Apply line painting and markings according to specifications
- Complete crack filling and surface maintenance
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow company and safety procedures at all times
- Other general labour tasks as required
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license (required)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in asphalt or construction is an asset, but not required
Work Schedule:
- Full-time/Part Time available
- Some evening and weekend work may be required depending on projects
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience,
