Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing an Area Sales Representative (ASR’s) is responsible for promoting Landmark Homes. You will strive to meet and exceed company sales and revenue targets, maintain an acceptable margin of expectance. Work within the team and individually towards meeting the customer’s needs throughout all stages of the sales process.
The ASR position is provided with a variety of earnings consisting mainly of Commission Sales, but also includes monthly vacation payout, base salary, and pioneering salary during company approved circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales activity in a sales area through a defined sales process
- Showhome hours are Monday through Thursday 2pm – 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm – 5pm
- Prepare and maintain sales targets
- Review all purchase agreements for accuracy prior to submitting to Sales Coordinator
- Report sales traffic and activities to the necessary stakeholders
- Foster new customer relationships, while maintaining exiting ones
- Attend and participate in any sales meetings, training sessions and company activities
- Promote spec home product in the area
- Promote referral program
- Work with all stakeholders; team leads, managers etc. that are required to solve issues
- Other tasks assigned to you by your manager
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in homes sales
- Excellent customer service and be continuously professional
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in residential construction
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
