Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective outside sales, negotiation, and account management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, with a focus on technology sales. As an Area Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the assigned area.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Engage in business development initiatives to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and how they meet client requirements.
- Communicate effectively in both English and other languages to cater to a diverse client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; being bilingual is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $46,574.85-$90,267.54 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
