Our system is rapidly expanding across Canadian municipalities and international pilots, and we’re looking for a talented Architectural Technician to help bridge the gap between zoning outputs and buildable design logic.
What You’ll Do
- Interpret zoning and site data to help define possible building envelope configurations
- Translate regulatory limits (FSR, setbacks, height, lot coverage) into schematic buildouts
- Collaborate with product, AI and planning teams to validate automated layout logic
- Assist in refining a library of pre-approved layouts for small-scale residential typologies (e.g. duplex, multiplex, laneway, ADU)
- Help optimize our feasibility engine by providing inputs on layout efficiency and design constraints
- (Optional) Create CAD/SketchUp/Revit references as internal validation or training material
Ideal Background
- 2+ years experience as an architectural technician, technologist, or junior designer
- Proficient in interpreting zoning bylaws and residential code constraints
- Hands-on experience producing residential schematic layouts and working with buildable envelopes
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with planners and developers

Pay: $52,314.43-$83,002.32 per year
