We are seeking a talented Junior Architectural Drafter to join our team. Duties
- Conduct Site visit to confirm existing site conditions
- Assist architects and designers in creating architectural plans and drawings for presentation and building permits
- Utilize Revit for drafting and design purposes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Modify existing drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Present ideas and concepts to clients and team members
- Interpreting zoning bylaw and Building Code
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in drafting work.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges as they arise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
