Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on Volvo vehicles with precision and efficiency.
- Embrace Volvo's BEV roadmap and specialize in electric vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 AST Apprenticeship.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle technology and willingness to undergo additional training as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
