We currently have immediate openings for Appointment Setters! This is a new contract with a client we are servicing in the solar industry. This is a 3 month contract position with the option to become permanent and the possibility of becoming full time after the probationary period.
The Role/Requirements:
As an appointment setter you will be cold calling an estimated 60 to 80 people daily on an automated dialer system, in efforts to set-up appointments for our outside sales team to perform sales presentations, (you do-not sell over the phone). Majority of the calls will be made to consumer households and the leads will be provided for you through our systems, (you are not require to generate leads yourself). There will be daily and monthly targets to meet and bonuses are awarded accordingly.
We are looking for youthful, energetic, sales professionals with experience in appointment setting and inside sales. The ideal candidates must be a self-motivated, driven, and a hard working person, who strives to exceed targets and overall expectations in the workplace.
The ideal candidate is one that:
- has a minimum of 1 to 2 years Appointment Setting/Telesales experience (areas of home Services, HVAC, Solar Energy, Water Products an asset) but we will train the suitable candidate.
- is fluent in English, exceptional communication skills both written and verbal (second language an asset).
- has experience using Microsoft Office, Google tools, and CRM platforms
- has a minimum education of high school diploma, however college/university students or graduates are preferred.
- able to work the hours of Mon-Fri: 4:00 P to 9:00 P and Saturdays: 11 A to 6:00 P.
- Compensation:
This is a part-time role, with an average of 25 to 30 hours weekly. We offer an attractive hourly wage + high commission based payment structure, with generous monthly bonuses, and a potential to earn $30,000 - 50,000+ annually working part-time! Our compensation plans are designed for success, and our schedules are flexible to fit diverse lifestyles of various hard working candidates.
