We are looking to expand our team in the Customer Care Department at Seven View Chrysler. As an Appointment Coordinatior, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in the most friendly and efficient manner. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for booking appointments for the Service & Sales departments as well as writing up loaner vehicle agreements as needed. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a goal driven individual that is looking to grow within our company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Retrieve customer information & maintain customer profiles with accurate contact information
- Make outbound calls according to daily targets
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls
- Get customer feedback, handle complaints appropriately and provide solutions if necessary
- Make follow-up service phone calls
- Maintain an organized log of calls and appointments
- Upsell vehicle maintenance services
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Responsible for booking service & sales appointments in accordance to schedule
- Writing up loaner / rental agreements for customers
- Provide daily feedback & reports to manager
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional working relationship with team members and management within the work environment
- Automotive knowledge an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $41,999.00-$43,926.00 per year
