The Role:
Join our fast-growing team as a Call Booker, responsible for contacting homeowners who signed up for a free in-home water test at Home Depot. You’ll schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, dispatch field staff, and support general office operations.
This role is critical to our success — you’re the bridge between our sales teams and happy customers!
What You’ll Do:
- Call Home Depot leads to schedule free water tests
- Confirm daily appointments and handle last-minute changes
- Assign and dispatch appointments to reps
- Maintain CRM records
- Support office tasks such as filing, data entry, and customer follow-up
