Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs on a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
