What are your contributions to the team?


  • Ensure coordination across different manufacturing sites for schedule scenarios and releases.
  • Improve and standardize the deliverables of Master Plans for all plants.
  • Establish, coordinate, and prepare weekly and monthly reviews concerning the master plans of different sites.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of key special projects.
  • Participate in the governance of production units.
  • Support and/or participate in improvement project mandates within your sectors.


How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

  • You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other complex product industries, ideally in production planning or industrial engineering.
  • You demonstrate skills in leadership, communication, and influence.
  • You have a synthetic mind and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • You are dynamic, sociable, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You show patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
  • You have proven your ability to improve business process efficiency using technology and process improvement methodologies.
  • You are an expert in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, and have general IT knowledge.
