Job Description
- Experience in Agile methodologies with a strong background as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-level Agile transformations in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe Agile, Kanban etc.).
- Experience in coaching and mentoring senior executives, Agile teams, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
