Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a variety of aesthetic treatments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a commitment to sanitation, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs. The Aesthetician will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience while promoting our products and services.
Training is provided, as well as on going education. We are a full service Beauty Salon and a close knit group so a positive attitude and kindness is important!
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality aesthetic services including body waxing, manicures and pedicures, facials, brow shaping and more!
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques during client interactions.
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional hospitality and guest services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Aesthetician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in sanitation practices and maintaining cleanliness in the treatment area.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of various aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling is highly desirable.
