Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your expertise in skincare, along with your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will help enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients based on their individual skincare needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns and tailoring treatments accordingly.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in skincare and beauty treatments to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling services and products.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and staying updated on industry trends.
